PostHeaderIcon …ask your guides for more information…

Greetings! last night in dreamtime, I had a visit from one of my spirit guides that told me the number 986. I’m wondering what the significance of this number can be? I cannot locate any info on that number specifically as of yet. thanx very much!

Warm wishes,

Michael

Hello Michael,

Interesting dream!  I think your best bet is to ask your guides for more information before you sleep. Otherwise, pay attention in future as it may come up in an address or some document etc. and if indeed it is significant, you will recognize its importance when it appears.

Best regards,

Shannon

PostHeaderIcon I can show you energy patterns that are present…

My Birthday is on March 26, 1955 I am wanting to buy a business within a short time, would that be profitable for me?

Sandy

Hi Sandy,

Happy Birthday! As your birthday is March 26, this puts you in the Personal Year cycle #5, which is all about change! Also, you are in the beginning stages of your ‘new year’ which gives a boost of new energy for the next few months, which is useful for new endeavors, so from that standpoint, it is a good time for new beginnings.  However, let me be clear that I do not make predictions. I can show you energy patterns that are present, but it’s up to you to decide your future; no one else.  Do your homework Sandy, and good luck to you!

PostHeaderIcon Antidepressant effects not fully determined…

What do you think of Sam-e for mood disorders?

Melinda

Hi Melinda,

While the mechanisms of SAMe’s antidepressant effects has not been fully determined, there is some biological rationale. SAMe is the primary methyl donor in the central nervous system and a number of neurotransmitters and biogenic amines, fatty acids, phospholipids, and other chemicals must accept methyl groups from SAMe for activation. Therefore, it is thought that the observed antidepressant effect is due to SAMe’s influence on neurotransmitter metabolism, membrane fluidity, and receptor activity. Both serum and cerebrospinal fluid levels of SAMe are reported to be low in depressed patients, although reports were not consistent.

However, even though controlled clinical trials for depression have been largely positive, apparently the majority of trials have significant methodological flaws limiting their clinical usefulness. Also note that a large number of those trials (if not the majority) used intravenous or intramuscular injections.

If you’ve tried other natural products without much success, SAMe is worth a try. If you’re taking any other medications (especially other anti-depressants or drugs for diabetes), make sure you are under the care of a Naturopathic Doctor before self-prescribing SAMe.

Stay healthy!
