I registered and paid but cannot log in? -Make sure you check your email inbox of the email address you registered with, you will have to click the account activation hyperlink provided within the body of the account registration activation email. -No account activation email? Log in to your paypal and make sure the transaction appears in your recent history. Also check your Spam/Junk mail box in case the email ended up there. -If your password or user name is incorrect or you cant remember your details, click the "forgot login" link under the sign in box on the website or CLICK HERE How do I use my coupon? -Click the register link below the website login, Select the coupon or payment plan that came with the promotion (instructions: email containing coupon code or on magazine tear out) Set up your account information and click "Register" at the bottom, now in the next window near the bottom you will see a box with the heading "Coupon code" enter the code in the text box and click the submit button. Now check your email for the account activation email & click the activation link to activate your account. To start this process now: Register How do I register an account? Click the register link below the website login, Select the payment plan: 1 year online, 2 year online, 1 year magazine & online Canada , 2 year magazine & online Canada, 1 year magazine & online US , 2 year magazine & online US Once you select your Subscription Plan Set up your account information: Name, user name, email.......etc, and click "Register" at the bottom. In the next window at the top you will see the description of your selected plan and the duration as well as the total currency amount. Near the bottom you will see a box with the heading "Coupon code" If you have a coupon, enter the code in the text box and click the submitt button. If you dont have a coupon then click the "Checkout" link bottom right.
In the next window you can log into paypal to pay (on the right side, login box) Or click the continue button to pay with your credit card (bottom left side of the page) If you are ordering the magazine to your door, be sure your paypal or credit card addresses are up to date & the ones you want the magazine to ship to! Now check your email for the account activation email & click the activation link to activate your account. I don't have paypal, can I use a credit card instead? -Yes, follow the instructions above (How do I register an account?) and choose the continue option described. What is included in the Online Subscription? -The online Subscription gives you access to: contests & content only available to online subscribers, 3d online publications of True Blue Spirit Magazine & more features and content are added on a monthly basis!
Where do I find the subscribers only Issues? -Once you log in you will be redirected to the SUBSCRIBERS HOME page, you will see a row of links or buttons across the top. The Online Issues link will take you to the page that has links to all the online issues of the magazine. When you select a magazine to view you can always get back to the online issues page by clicking the "Online Issues" link in the website navigation menu on the left side of every page(see website navigation tips) The 3D Issues are slow to load, is there any other way to view these? -The Online Issues of True Blue Spirit Magazine are optimized to be quick loading yet still maintain a standard of sharpness and photo clarity. How ever, some internet connections such as dial-up modems or slower internet service may have an extended amount of page loading time. While we apologize if this is the case for you, we also provide each article in plain text, in the box below each 3d issue page. How do I view the online issues full screen? -There is a full screen button shaped like a rectangle on the left side of the navigation bar located below the the magazine on every page. Click it to go full screen & press the Esc button on your keyboard (Top Left) to exit this view.
How do I Zoom in & out to read the magazine pages?
- You will find the website navigation menu on the left hand side of the website under the survey box. All the main pages in this website can be found in this menu & sub-menus. -When you are on any of the pages listed in this main navigation menu, sub-menu links to relevant sections will be shown. These sub-menu links will only be visible when the chosen menu link has been clicked & is highlighted with a purple bar. -You can always double check what section you are in or page you are on by looking at the navigation menu to see which link is highlighted in light purple. What/Where is My Profile? - When you are loged-in to True Blue Spirit, click the link in the SUBSCRIBERS HOME page called "My Profile" or click your user name or avatar located at the top of every page. This will open up your profile page as other Subscribers see it. How do I edit my contact info? -From your profile page, you will see an "edit" button in the top right hand corner. Mouse over this link & you will see "Update profile" & "Update Image". Click the "Update profile" link to edit your contact info. When you are finished, be sure to click the update button at the bottom to save your changes. How do I upload/set my profile picture? -From your profile page, you will see an "edit" button in the top right hand corner. Click the edit link or mouse over & you will see "update profile" & "update Image". Click the "Update image" link & you will see "Submit a new image for upload" & "Choose one from the image gallery"
What is the True Blue Spirit Gallery? How do I upload my photo's? How can I create my own photo category? Will everyone be able to see my photo's? Can my photo's be downloaded by other subscribers?
